Broccolini, AKA Baby Broccoli

Ingredients

Broccolini
EVOO
Whole garlic cloves
Kosher salt
Ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375

  2. Wash and cut off the ends.
    Place on cookie sheet, sprinkle with EVOO, Kosher salt flakes and ground pepper. (toss around gently to get full coverage of Oil, S&P)

  3. Optional - throw in some whole garlic cloves (peeled)

  4. Cook for about 15 minutes

  5. Cook a little longer for softer garlic

  6. I paired the broccolini with four-cheese tortellini and pesto. Both bought at Eataly.
